摘要
在建筑排水用管材硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)拉伸性能测定(GB/T8804.2-2003)试验中,通过使用JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》中推荐的方法,根据拉伸性能测定原理建立拉伸屈服应力的测量不确定度数学模型,并讨论了测量不确定度的主要来源,包括:截面积测量偏差、拉力测量偏差、温度效应偏差和拉伸速度偏差。本文通过对以上不确定度分量的分析给出建筑排水用管材(PVC-U)拉伸屈服应力的测量不确定度评定。
This article discusses the uncertainty of tension test(GB/8804.2-2003)of PVC-U pipes for water discharge in buildings.By adopting the method commended by《Evaluation and Expression of the Uncertainty in Measurement》 JJF1059-1999,the math model of uncertainty measurement is suggested based on the philosophy of tension test,and some elements leading to the measurement uncertainty are discussed including sample area,tensile stress,temperature and the speed of tension test.The analysis of those elements leads to the evaluation and expression of the uncertainty in tension test of PVC-U pipes.
