浅议BOQ计价原则

Brief discussion of the principle of BOQ pricing

BOQ计价,BOQ是Bill of Quantities的缩写,即工程量清单。本文分析了传统定额计价模式与市场经济不相适应之处,并在此基础上讨论了我国实行工程量清单计价模式的优点,同时指出这种模式与国际通行的清单计价还存在很大差异,还没有完全脱离定额计价的思路,最后提出了改进和完善工程量清单计价模式的措施,为保证其顺利实施提供参考依据。

BOQ is the acronym for Bill of Quantity.This paper starts from the analysis of the conflicts between the traditional fixed pricing model and the market economy which leads to the discussed on the advantages of BOQ.It is also pointed out in this paper that this modelstill has great differences in valuation with international method,has not completely divorced from the idea of fixed pricing.Finally,this paper pointed out the improvment and perfection method of the BOQ pricing method which provide references for the smooth implementation of BOQ.
