The life-cycle cost control of construction materials based on the new regeneration technology

近年来多种国外应用日趋成熟的"再生工艺"传入国内,为即将进入大中修阶段的城市道路维护建设提供了许多借鉴的机会,本文通过介绍"沥青混凝土路面再生"、"废轮胎再生胶粉制作改性沥青"等工艺技术,谈如何通过对建筑材料全寿命周期成本的控制来达到建设项目的全寿命周期成本最优。

Some foreign mature technique regarding material regeneration are introduced into China within recent years, which provides new technology slections for the city roads needing significant or medium repair.This paper discusses how to reach cost optimization through life-cycle cost control of construction materials based on the introduction of the regeneration techinique of asphalt concrete pavement,the modified asphalt made by regenerated rubber powder from waste tires,etc.
