摘要
本文介绍了现行《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB50023-95)所规定的鉴定目标和范围、鉴定方法,探讨了抗震鉴定工作的现状和"土木工程灾害"的概念,指出只有走"防震减灾"之路、消除"土木工程灾害"才是抵御地震灾害的主要手段。
The goals,range and methods of‘standard of building seismic appraisal' were introduced in this paper.The current situation of seismic appraisal was then analyzed.The concept of civil engineering disaster is brought forward.It is concluded that the primary ways to withstand earthquake disaster is Earthquake Disaster Mitigation and to eliminate civil engineering disaster.
