通过工程项目初步设计阶段基础设计多方案技术经济分析,使基础设计不断得到优化,基础工程造价大幅降低,强调了初步设计阶段必须重视建筑基础的优化选型及基础设计方案技术经济分析工作。
Through the techno-economic analysis on multiple plans of the foundation during preliminary design phase, the foundation design has been optimized. The cost of the foundation project was then reduced significantly. Through the introduction of this practical project, this paper emphasizes the importance of optimize selection and the techno-economic analysis. to building the foundation during preliminary design stage.
