摘要
本文根据当前建筑安装工程招标投标的情况,结合笔者多年投标工作的经验,分析研究如何正确掌握工程的投标方法,提出编制投标文件的一些技巧和策略。
In accordance to current situation of invitation tender and tendering on construction installation projects,combine with the various tendering work experience,this article analyses on how to accurately handle the work tendering method and provides some skill and strategy in documenting tendering documents.
