借鉴PMBOK进行代建项目设计管理

随着我国工程建设管理体制改革的深化,为提高投资工程项目的管理效率和整体效益,政府委托专业项目管理公司代替业主对政府投资的建设项目实施代建管理。设计管理是代建工程项目管理中的重要组成内容,也是代建管理过程中预控管理的关键,但由于种种原因,设计管理一直是工程项目管理过程中的难点。为了更科学、更系统地完成设计阶段的各项管理工作,本文从实际操作角度介绍了如何借鉴美国项目管理协会的PMBOK(项目管理知识体系)进行代建项目设计管理。
