Discussion on the cost control of the project from the audit point of view

本文从审计角度出发,以工程造价为研究对象,借鉴国际上先进的工程投资理念,引用具体工程实例,简要探讨了建设工程从前期论证、设计、招投标、施工到竣工的全过程造价控制方法,着重指出了工程设计阶段主动控制造价的重要性及具体措施,以期转变观念,运用审计方法加强工程造价的有效控制。

This paper set out from the audit point of view, with the study of engineering cost, drawing on the advanced investment concept in international engineering, discussed the methods of cost control of the whole process from the pre- feasibility studies, design, bidding, construction to completion, Stressed the importance of cost control on the design phase of the project and the concrete measures, with a view to change our concept, strengthen the effective control of project cost.
