摘要
工程造价作为工程建设的重要组成部分,不仅可以为建筑节能保驾护航,而且可以有效引导节能建筑的发展。而要充分发挥工程造价的引导性作用,应丰富工程造价内涵,实施全生命周期造价管理。本文从建筑节能谈起,分析了全生命周期造价的构成以及全生命周期造价管理的目标,阐述了实施全生命周期造价管理的条件以及目前存在的主要问题,并结合当前建筑市场的实际情况,对如何扫清技术障碍、推动全生命周期造价管理进行了探讨。
Being the important part of the construction works,construction cost is not only the escort of the energy-saving construction,but also the effective guide to the energy-saving construction development.In order to give full play of the leading role to the construction cost,the construction const should be rich in content,put the full life-cycle cost management into practice.This article talk from the energy-saving construction and analyse the composing of the full life-cycle cost,as well as full life-cycle cost management objectives,set out the implement conditions of full life-cycle cost management and the current main problems,and combined with the current actual situation of the construction market,discussed how to clear away techniques obstacles,and push forward the full life-cycle cost management.
