摘要 目的:研究区域护理实训基地管理模式和运行机制,以求更好地发挥护理技能型紧缺人才培训职能。方法:通过广泛的社会调查和分析比较,结合常州护理实训基地建设的实践经验,提炼总结而成。结果:护理实训基地分2类;建设基本要素有3项;建设任务达7项;持续发展的管理模式体现在行政、教学、资产、服务、优化等5方面;内在运行机制含成本核算、项目开发、质量监控、激励约束、缺陷防范、人培创新等6项。讨论:国家级护理实训基地承担区域护理人力资源开发建设重任,应高起点、宽视野、全方位、求实效、勇创新,探索科学和谐发展的管理模式和运行机制。结论:管理有模,模无定型,贵在改进。机制无形,运行有常,重在创新。 [Objective]Study the managing pattern and running mechanism of regional nursing training base,in order to exert better function of the base for scarce technical nursing talents.[Method]Refine and summarize through extensive social survey, analysis and comparison,combined with practical experience from Changzhou Nursing Training Base.[Result]There are three factors about basic construction,seven basic tasks for development,five aspects on continuing developing management,i.e. administration,teaching,asset,service and improvement,six items of rtinning mechanism,i.e.cost accounting,program exploitation, quality control,inspiration and restriction,bug prevention and training innovation.Discussion:National nursing training base is charged with important task of regional nursing manpower resource construction which should explore scientific and harmonious managing pattern and running mechanism with high jumping - off point,broad eyesight,complete orientation, actual effect and brave innovation.[Conclusion]Management has its mode but no fixed pattern and must be improved constantly, and mechanism has no shape but should be run stably and must be innovated continually.
