以病区为单位的出科考核对临床带教质量影响的探讨

摘要 目的:探讨以病区为单位的出科考核方法对临床带教质量的影响。方法:选择杭州师范大学医学院2001级、2002级实习生120名,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组60人实行以轮科病区为单位的13次出科考核;对照组只进行4次出科考核(内科、外科、妇产科儿科);毕业考试回学校统一进行。通过比较2组实习生的出科考核成绩和毕业考核成绩的优良率的差别。结果:实验组出科考核成绩明显低于对照组,而毕业考试却高于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以病区为单位的多站出科考核方法有效地调动了实习生主动学习的积极性,有效地提高了临床带教质量。 [Objective]To explore the effect of taking pass examination in each department of ward on the quality of clinical education. To improve the quality of clinical teaching.[Method]To divide randomly 120 interns of grade 2001 and 2002 in Medical College of Hangzhou Normal University into experimental group and control group.The experimental group of 60 studends take 13 pass exams in each department of ward,The control group only take 4 pass exams(medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynaecology,paediatrics).The two groups attend school graduation exam together.We compare two groups' differences between pass examination results and that of the graduation exam.[Result]The scores of pass exams in experimental group were lower than the controls,but the scores of final test in experimental group were much higher(p< 0.05).[Conclusion]Taking pass examination in each department of ward could bring student's learning initiative into full play,and has effectively improved the quality of clinical teaching.
