With the development of society,the further improvement of legal system,a lot of new collisions appeared in gynecologic and obstetrics clinical teaching through medical practice.This article presents some solutions such as strengthening quality education,stressing the safety medical law education,vindicating patients' right of to be informed and improving the methods of clinical teaching with advanced technique to develop the clinical education quality of gynecology and obstetrics when insuring medical treatment safety,and provides qualified,practical medical talents for the society.
