老年心血管病合并低钠血症的治疗和护理

Nursing and treatment of the elder patient with cardiovascular disease and hyponatremia

目的:探讨老年心血管病人合并低钠血症的治疗和护理。方法:收集临床病例56例,分析其出现低钠血症的原因及如何进行纠正和护理。结果:56例患者经治疗后血钠水平均恢复正常或接近正常水平。结论:老年心血管病人应注意钠盐的平衡但不要刻意限盐,大部分低钠血症能通过积极的治疗得到纠正。

[Objective]To investigate the nursing and treatment of the elder patient with cardiovascular disease and hyponatremia. [Method]To collect and analyze 56 clinical cases with cardiovascular disease combined with hyponatremia so as to judge the cause of the disease and find the way to correct it and nurse.[Result]Almost all cases recovered to normal level or near to normal level.[Conclusion]Most of the elder patients,who want to recover from cardiovascular disease combined with hyponatremia, should pay attention to the balance of salt diet.
