摘要
目的:探索科学有效的临床带教方法,提高教学质量与教学满意度。方法:采用随机方法将85名实习学生按轮转批次分为实验组与对照组,实验组将临床路径的理念引入临床带教工作中,设计临床带教路径图,以临床路径式带教方法进行临床急诊教学,对照组采用传统的带教方法。分析两组学生操作及理论考试成绩,教学双向测评。结果:实验组学生操作及理论考试成绩、教学双向测评满意度都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径式的带教优于传统的带教方法,按照路径图学习使学生得到全面的护理实践,增进了师生之间的交流,提高了教学满意度。
[Objective]To research the scientific and effective method for clinical teaching and to improve teaching quality and learning satisfaction.[Method]In randomized trial,85 nursing students were divided into experimental group and control group.In experimental group,concept of Clinical Pathway is introduced to clinical teaching,design pathway map of clinical teaching,organize teaching by means of clinical path.Traditional instructing method was used in control group.Theory score and operating score of the two groups were analyzed,evaluate teaching bi - directionally.The data were analyzed by SPSS 10. 0 software for t test,The difference is significant if P < 0.05.[Result]Score and bidirectional teaching evaluation of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Teaching of clinical pathway was better than traditional instructing method,it makes nursing practice comprehensively according to pathway map,increase the communication between teachers and students,improve teaching satisfaction.
