护工培养模式的研究与实践

The research and practice of nursing worker's training model

目的:研究适合浙江省实际情况的护工培养模式。方法:通过调查医院护工的现状,对护工的培养内容、培养方式和实施方法等进行研究。结果:培养了一批护工师资,编写了护工培训大纲,确定了培训内容,形成了较好的护工培养模式。结论:统一招生、统一培训、统一考核是目前较好的护工培养模式,为护工教育体系建立和完善打下良好基础。

[Objective]To study the nursing workers' training model which is suitable for the situation of Zhejiang Province. [Method]To study nursing workers' training content,training pattern and implementation methods by investigating nursing workers' present situation in hospital.[Result]We have cultivated a group of teachers to train nursing workers and have compiled training Syllabus and content,and a better nursing workers' training model has been formed.[Condusioii]At present,the combination of unified enrollment,unified training and unified examination is a better training model for nursing workers,which lays a good foundation for construction and consummation of nursing workers' education system.
