护生实习轮转表的设计与应用

目的:探讨简便快捷的护生实习轮转表的编排方法。方法:根据实习要求和本院实际,运用运筹学将实习科室进行统筹安排,分成5大组,实习期分成5个时间段,护生分成5大组,采用配对组合科室、整分合护生人数、大循环套小循环轮转的方法对护生实习轮转进行合理安排。结果:运用运筹学编排护生实习轮转表快捷、方便、准确、合理。结论:运用运筹学编排护生实习轮转表可以提高护理教学工作质量。

[Objective]Design rotation tables for nurse interns to make their shift more effective and convenient.[Method]According to the demands of clinical practice and the situation of our hospital,the departments of interns were divided into one larger department and the other smaller departments were in one group.Trainee nurses were divided into 5 groups,and their internships were divided into 5 stages.One group of trainees rotated from one department to another.[Result]The tables were simple,effective and convenient for rotation.[Conclusion]The tables could improve the quality of the learning and practicing of the trainee nurses.
