摘要
目的:探讨强化护理告知在快通道乳腺癌根治术的作用。方法:对200例住院乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为研究组和对照组各100例,研究组接受强化护理告知,对照组接受常规护理告知。满意度评价用自行编制的《患者满意度调查表》,研究前进行一致性检验kappa值为0.84。结果:研究组依从性和满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:强化护理告知能提高快通道乳腺癌根治术患者的依从性和满意度。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of informed nursing in the treatment of fast- track breast cancer.[Method] 200 cases of breast carcinoma were randomly divided into study group and control group,with each group having 100 cases. The study group received intensified nursing inform and the control group received undergone routine inform.Patient compliance and degree of satisfaction was evaluated according to the hospital's standard.[Result]Patient compliance and degree of satisfaction in the study group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).[Conclusion]Better patient compliance and degree of satisfaction was achieved through the application of intensified informed nursing.
