This paper discusses in detail the structural characteristics of U-tube bundle within the heat exchange equipment,puts forward specific solutions during the important links in order to guarantee the manufacturing quality of U-tube bundle effectively. Such large-scale equipment can be one-off assembled successfully without the restrictions of site and hoisting equipment,and all performances have met the design requirements.
