摘要
对小口径管道三PE包覆技术进行研究,在同一条生产线上完成小口径钢管包覆和大口径钢管侧向缠绕,解决了小口径钢管在施工中易造成缠绕涂敷不均匀,侧向缠绕的底胶及聚乙烯缠绕片拉伸比不同等问题。
Through the research for 3 PE coating technology of small diameter pipelines,it has solved the problems that maybe appear in construction such as nonuniform winding and coating on small diameter pipelines,disproportional draw ratio of side coiling with film glue and polythene coiling gasket on large diameter pipelines while they are manufactured on the same production line.
