裂解汽油加氢装置脱重塔内件工艺计算

摘要 利用计算机软件进行了工艺模拟计算和水力学核算,找出分离要求、处理量、进料汽化率等工艺条件改变对塔内件(如进料分布器、液体分布器及填料)选型及设计的影响,进而通过改进塔内件设计提升塔的处理能力。计算结果及装置实际运行状况表明,中国石油兰州石化公司裂解汽油加氢装置脱重塔由脱C工艺改为脱C工艺的改造设计方案,是投资少、施工周期短、满足技改要求的最优方案。 Computer software is used to perform process simulation and hydraulic calculation,the influence of the changing process conditions,including separation requirements,feed rate and vaporization rate of feed,on the type selection and design of tower internals such as feed distributor,liquid distributor and packing are found out,and the capacity of distillation tower is increased by improving the design of tower internals.The calculation results and actual operation results show that the modification scheme of changing the de-heavy tower of Pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit at PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company from de-C9 process to de-C8 process is the optimum scheme which has low investment,short construction cycle and satisfies the requirements of technical modification.
