摘要
目前千万吨级炼油厂的液化烃罐区,其周转量比较大,如果还使用周转量小的液化烃罐区的设计方法来进行罐区设计,则存在选不了合适的泵型和泵不上量问题。笔者参照国外工程公司的同类罐区设计方法并对事故原因进行了理论分析,提出了周量大的液化烃罐区设计时应增设气化器的改进方法。
If the method for designing liquefied hydrocarbon tanks with small turnover capacity is applied to the design of liquefied hydrocarbon tanks with large turnover capacity in ten-million-ton refineries,it is impossible to select the appropriate type of feed pump and there is a risk of bad-working pump.Referring to foreign company's methods for designing liquefied hydrocarbon tanks with large turnover capacity and based on the theoretical cause analysis of the bad-working pumps,this paper puts forward an improvement method of adding vaporizer for the design of liquefied hydrocarbon tanks with large turnover capacity.
