摘要
针对目前百万吨级乙烯装置越来越多,压缩机组大型化,管道大型化,对配管工作带来新的挑战。文章以某百万吨/年乙烯项目为例,对裂解气压缩机单元设备的不同布置进行讨论,并对重点难点管道的布置以及管道的应力和支架进行分析。
In face of new challenges brought by more and more megaton ethylene plants,large-scale compressors and large-scale pipelines,this paper takes the megaton ethylene plant in Zhenhai as an example to discuss different equipment layout for charge gas compressor and analyze the piping layout of critical pipelines and the pipe stress and support,providing valuable reference for the design of similar projects in future.
