The dissertation brings the perspective of structure features of extensively-used automatic welding devices applied in cone circumferential weld in chemical machinery industry, and, based upon the common structure, introduces a new mode dedicated to automatic welding device used in the large diameter and wall thickness 60°cone circumferential weld. Practice already evidently indicated its distinct advantages in simple structure, easy operation and highly-efficient economy.
