摘要
本文以香根草为主要配方材料,以常规木屑为对照,设计了12个配方,栽培平菇,通过菌丝的长势和生长速度的不同,筛选适宜平菇生长的配方。研究结果表明,最适配方为香根草48%,类芦20%,芒萁10%,麸皮20%,碳酸钙1%和石灰1%;该配方菌丝长势旺盛、生长速度快,利用该配方栽培平菇,其生物转化率达到102.7%。
In this research,we designed twelve formulas for the cultivation of Pleuroturs sapiaus,which Vetiveria zizanioides was used as mainly formula material and the common sawdust as reference.We selected best formula for the cultivation of Pleuroturs sapiaus according to the mycelium growth speed and status.In this study,we established a formula most suitable for mycelium of Pleuroturs sapiau,which formula containing 48% Vetiveria zizanioides,20% Neyraudia reynaudiana,Dicra,10% Nopteris dichotoma,20% wheat bran,1% lime and 1% calcium carbonate.The growth of the mycelia in this formula was stronger and faster than others,as well as the biotransformation rate reached 102.7% in the cultivation of Pleuroturs sapiaus.
