穴位注射配合复方小承气汤口服治疗术后腹胀效果观察

Acupoint injection with the compound of small Cheng Qi Tang Effect of oral treatment of postoperative abdominal distension

目的:探讨解除腹部术后肠胀气的有效方法。方法:随机将283例腹部术后患者分为观察组152例,对照组131例。观察组采用穴位注射甲基硫酸新斯的明法,对照组采用肌肉注射甲基硫酸新斯的明法,两组治疗效果进行统计处理(x2检验)。结果:观察组疗效与对照组疗效相比差异有非常显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:穴位注射甲基硫酸新斯的明配合复方小承气汤口服治疗腹部术后肠胀气效果良好。

Objective To investigate the lifting of abdominal surgery flatulence in an effective manner.Methods 283 cases of abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups in patients with 152 cases,131 cases of the control group.Observation group were treated with acupoint injection of neostigmine methyl sulfate method,the control group were treated with muscleInjection of neostigmine methyl sulfate method,two groups of treatment were statistically treated(x2 test).Results The observation group,compared the effectiveness and efficacy of the control group the difference was very significant statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Point-injection neostigmine methyl sulfate Compound with small-Cheng Qi Tang after oral treatment of abdominal flatulence good effect.
