急性前循环进展性缺血性卒中影响因素分析

Alysis of related factors of acute progressive ischemic stroke in anterior cerebral blood circulation

目的:探讨分析急性前循环进展性缺血性卒中影响因素。方法:回顾性研究52例急性前循环进展性缺血性卒中患者的影响因素,并与同期住院病情无进展的66例对照组进行比较。结果:高血压、颈动脉狭窄及斑块形成、糖尿病、发热和白细胞增高为进展性脑梗死的危险因素。结论:急性前循环进展性缺血性卒中是多种因素共同作用的结果,早期干预,可进一步降低致残率和致死率。

Objective Alysis of related factors of acute progressive ischemic stroke in anterior cerebral blood circulation.Methods Do the retrospective resserch with the related factors of 52 acute progressive ischemic stroke in anterior cerebral biood circulation patients To compared with the non-progressive group(n=66).Results High blood pressure,carotid stenosis and the formation of carotid,diabeies history,admission temperature and white blood-cell increased are the major related factors of acute progressive ischemic stroke in anterior cerebral blood circulation.Conclusions Acute progressive ischemic stroke in anterior cerebral blood circulation is the result of the nteractions of multipie factors and mechannisms.The patients are treated early,the deformity rate and the death rate can be reduced.
