摘要
随着电力工业的飞速发展,大型机组数量增长加快,在实践中缩短检修工期、提高机组在役时间显得更为重要。目前,各电厂主要采取利用加热器将空气加热后送入汽缸以达到冷却汽轮机的目的,但大多就地操作,无保护功能,操作繁琐且对快冷装置和汽轮机安全均有一定的威胁。通过浅析王滩发电公司汽轮机快冷装置的设计、安装、调试及应用过程,阐述了这一快冷装置区别于以往快冷装置的特点及优越性。
Along with swift development of electric power industry,the quantity of large-scale power set speeds up.Thus to reduce the overhaul time and enhance the unit service time becomes much more important in reality.At present,various power plants mainly use the heater to heat the air before sending into the cylinder to cool the steam turbine,but most operations are tedious,with non-protection function,and have certain threat to the quick freezing installment and the safe of steam turbine.The paper analyses the design,the installment,the debugging and the application process of steam turbine's quick freezing installment in Wang Tan Power Generation Company,and elaborates the characteristics and superiority of our quick freezing installments distinguished with the former quick freezing installments.
