在经济全球化的大趋势下,随着信息技术的迅速发展和竞争环境的日益严峻,要大幅度降低我国企业的物流成本,增强企业的国际竞争力,就必须以信息技术和信息化管理来带动物流行业的全面发展。本文介绍了物流战略信息规划的基本方法以及中远、白沙物流、IBM信息规划的案例。
