摘要
沈阳市率先应用城市一卡通,为市民提供了便捷服务,提高了城市的生活质量。本文介绍了在沈阳"城市一卡通"项目过程中,我们如何在技术上开发和提供卡片、建设软件平台、做好系统总集成,把相关项目的建设和应用经验应用于沈阳。还叙述了如何探索创新,成功开创了有特色的城市一卡通系统体系和运营管理思路。文章还指出,本项目已经成为东北地区信息系统建设的样板工程,具有良好的品牌展示效果。
Shenyang takes the lead of the first application for multipurpose CPU smart card.Such a kind of card is very convenient,and improves the quality of life of the city.This article introduces how we develop and provide card,how to build the software platform and the overall system integration in technology,and how to apply the experience of related projects' construction and application into Shenyang.Besides,this article also describes how to explore new and innovative for characteristics of Shenyang'City All in One Card'system and management ideas.At last,this article points that this project becomes a model for information system engineering in the northeast region.All these hint a promising future for'City All in One Card'
