甘肃省妇女乳腺癌死亡率15年变化趋势分析

The trend of the female breast cancer mortality during 15 years in Gansu Province

目的为制定甘肃省妇女乳腺癌预防与控制规划、防治策略提供依据。方法利用甘肃省1990-1992年、2004-2005年2次死因回顾抽样调查资料,分析妇女乳腺癌死亡率的变化趋势。结果甘肃省妇女乳腺癌死亡率呈上升趋势,粗死亡率上升了73.88%,调整死亡率上升了109.49%。城市粗死亡率上升了72.80%,调整死亡率上升了23.29%,农村粗死亡率上升了91.94%,调整死亡率上升了67.20%。甘肃省妇女乳腺癌死亡主要集中于35~75岁。结论甘肃省妇女乳腺癌的死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,是威胁甘肃省妇女生命的主要疾病之一,其预防与控制将成为未来甘肃省肿瘤控制计划制定和实施的重点之一。

Objective To provide evidence for formulating prevention,control and cure strategies for the female breast cancer in Gansu Province.Methods The data from two retrospective mortality survey in 1990-1992 and 2004-2005 were analyzed.The changing trend of the female breast cancer mortality rate in Gansu was revealed.Results The mortality rate of female breast cancer increased during the study period.The crude mortality rate increased by 73.88%,and the adjusted mortality rate increased by 109.49%.The mortality rate at age of 35-75 was the highest than that of other age-group.The urban crude mortality rate increased by 72.80%,and the adjusted mortality rate increased by 23.29%,while the rural mortality crude rate increased by 91.94%,and the adjusted mortality rate increased by 67.20%.Conclusion An increasing trend of female breast cancer mortality rate was found in Gansu.Breast cancer is one of the major life-threatenting diseases of female.The prevention and control of breast cancer should be emphasized during the formulation and implementation of Cancer Control Project in Gansu Province.
