西藏大学医学院学生心理健康影响因素分析

Analysis of influence factors of psychological health among medical college students in Tibet

目的了解西藏大学医学院学生的心理健康状况及主要影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自制的学生生活、学习、性格情况调查表对295名医学生的心理健康状况进行调查。结果被调查医学生心理问题阳性检出率为25.1%,且他们的性别、是否与父母沟通、成长的家庭是否幸福、是否有学习压力、性格是否乐观、是否有宗教信仰、是否自信共7个因素被引进Logistic多元回归模型。结论本次调查证实学生的家庭环境、学习情况、性格特征、性别、宗教信仰五大因素对西藏大学医学院学生的心理健康起着重要影响。

Objective To investigate the psychological health status and its main influence factors of medical college students in Tibet University.Methods The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and self-designed questionnaire on students′ life,learning,personalities were conducted among 295 subjects.The psychological health status and main influence factors were analyzed.Results The results showed that 25.1% of the students had psychological problems.Seven factors including the gender,communication with their parents,family′s well-being,study pressure,whether being optimistic,religious beliefs and self-confidence entered the multiple logistic regression model.Conclusion This investigation confirmed that student′s family environment,the learning situation,personality characteristics,the gender and religious belief were main influence factors of psychological health of medical college students in Tibet University.
