像束激光治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕患者的护理

Nursing care for the patients with atrophic acne scar receiving pixel laser treatment

目的研究像束激光治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的护理要点。方法分析43例萎缩性痤疮瘢痕患者的临床资料和护理措施。结果像束激光治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕疗效满意,总有效率60.5%,并且相对安全。主要的护理措施包括治疗前、治疗后的心理护理及皮肤护理。结论适当的护理措施有助于治疗过程的顺利实施,减少治疗意外及不良反应的发生,使治疗获得满意效果。

Objective To study the key points of nursing for the patients with atrophic acne scars receiving pixel laser therapy.Methods Clinical data of 43 patients with atrophic acne scars and the nursing implementation were analyzed.Results The clinical effective rate of pixel laser in treatment of atrophic acne scar was 60.5%.The treatment was satisfactory and safe.The most important points of nursing included psychological nursing and skin nursing before and after the treatment.Conclusion Proper nursing is helpful to accomplish the treatemtn,reduce the treatment accidents and side effects as well as get the better result.
