舟曲县结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)实施效果评价

Implementation Evaluation of Tuberculosis Control Program 2001-2010 in Zhouqu County

目的分析评价舟曲县结核病防治规划?2001-2010年?实施7年来的成效。方法根据县疾病预防控制中心2001-2007年结核病防治工作各类报表、年度工作总结、各个结核病控制项目实施工作终期评估资料、上级督导考核报告等进行分析评估。结果①建立健全了结核病防治工作领导体系和服务体系,建立和完善了县、乡、村三级防痨网;②成功实施了多个结控项目,积极推行现代结核病控制策略,DOTS覆盖面达95%以上;③2001-2007年共接诊可疑肺结核病人3 006例,发现、登记、管理治疗活动性肺结核病人892例,初、复治涂阳肺结核病人痰菌转阴率分别达96.5%和93.7%,涂阴病人完成治疗率达96.6%。结论舟曲县结核病防治规划制定实施7年来取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益,结核病防治工作能力显著提高,发现和治愈了大量的传染性肺结核病人,有效遏制了结核病在舟曲县的蔓延和流行。

Objective To evaluate the implementation effects of Tuberculosis Control Program 2001-2010 in Zhouqu County in the recent 7 years.Methods Report data and annual summary of tuberculosis(TB)control during 2001-2007 by county CDC,final evaluation data as well as supervision and evaluation data were analyzed and evaluated.Results ①Leading and service system of TB prevention and control was established and improved.County-town-village 3-level TB prevention network was established and improved.②Several TB control projects were successfully implemented.Modern TB control strategies were carried out.DOTS coverage rate reached 95% and above.③A total of 3 006 suspected cases of tuberculosis were found during 2001-2007,among which,892 were diagnosed with active pulmonary tuberculosis.The sputum conversion rates of primary treatment and re-treatment of smear-positive tuberculosis cases were 96.5% and 93.7%,respectively.In smear-negative TB patients,96.6% completed the treatment.Conclusion Remarkable social and economic benefits were achieved since the implementation of Tuberculosis Control Program 2001-2010 in Zhouqu County.The ability of TB prevention and treatment is significantly improved.A large number of infectious tuberculosis patients were discovered and cured.Spreading and prevalence of TB in Zhouqu County is effectively prevented.
