摘要
目的分析泰安市2007-2008年度流行性感冒的病原学检测结果,了解泰安市流感病毒亚型分布。方法采集流感样病例(ILI)的咽拭子样品,用狗肾细胞(MDCK)进行病毒分离,采用血凝抑制试验(HI)和RT-PCR进行流感病毒型别鉴定。结果检测国家级流感监测医院ILI咽拭子样品281份,分离出流感病毒94株,阳性分离率为33.45%,经分型鉴定H3N2亚型51株,H1N1亚型1株,B型Yamagata系39株,Victoria系3株。结论2007-2008年度泰安市流感流行的优势毒株为H3N2亚型和B型Yamagata系,同时有H1N1亚型和B型Victoria系毒株的存在。
Objective To analyze the data of influenza surveillance in Tai'an city in 2007-2008,and to investigate the influenza subtypes in Tai'an. Methods Throat swabs were collected from influenza-like cases.The virus was isolated with MDCK cell and identified with Hemagglutination inhibition test(HI)and RT-PCR. Results 94 influenza strains were obtained from 281 swab specimens,and the positive rate was 33.45%.Of all the 94 influenza strains,51 were identified as H3N2 subtype,1 as H1N1 subtype,39 as B(Yamagata) subtype,and 3 as B(Victoria) subtype. Conclusion H3N2 and type B(Yamagata)were main influenza subtypes in Tai'an city. H1N1 subtype and B(Victoria) were also detected.
