中学教师职业倦怠与人格特质的相关研究

Research of Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Burnout and Personality Traits

职业倦怠是职业压力的一种,指在职业环境中,对长期的情绪紧张源和人际关系紧张源的应激反应而表现出的一系列心理、生理综合征。教师身上表现出的职业倦怠感对学生的成长和发展有巨大的消极影响。本研究以中学教师为被试,采用问卷调查法,并在文献综述的基础上考察教师的职业倦怠状况和人格特质的相关情况,为教师职业倦怠的个人根源的研究提供参考。

Burnout is an occupational stress that,in the professional environment,is a series of psychological and physical syndrome shown to the reaction to the long-term emotional tension and interpersonal relationship.The sense of burnout shown on the teachers has a great negative influence on the growth and development of the students.This study is done on the middle school teachers,with the form of questionnaire,to examine the teachers’ professional burnout and characters of the teachers,and provide the reference for the study of the personal source of the teachers’ professional burnout,based on the comprehensive illustration of the files.
