摘要
针对大学生党员党性现状与教育管理现状,通过调查分析,探讨大学生党员党性教育模式与方法。提出教育的针对性,创新教育管理机制,创新教育方法,丰富教育载体,优化教育管理队伍结构,提高教育管理队伍素质等举措。
The teaching model and methods about the student Party members in colleges are discussed in this article by surveys, towards the situations of the Party spirit and education. Many measures are given by offering the education’s pertinence, innovating new administrative mechanism and educative method, enriching education load, optimizing the structure of education team and improving the talent of educating and administrative staff.
