《服务营销》是一门综合性、实践性较强的课程,教学的重点是让学生能够产生对服务营销的基本概念、基本方法和基本理论及其应用有深入的了解和认识,为学习其它专业课程打下基础。将理论的讲解与案例分析有机结合起来无疑是行之有效的教学方法。
Service Marketing is a more integrated,practice course,the main point is that students should know and understand more about the basic concept,methods,theory and their respective usage,so that they can have a solid foundation. It is a good and effective teaching method to combine the theoretical teaching and case analysis organically.
