辅导员是高校思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分,是培养大学生具有较高思想政治觉悟的直接实践者,提升辅导员工作的影响力和执行力是加强辅导员队伍建设的一项十分重要的工作,文中提出能提升辅导员工作影响力执行力的途径对当前建设高校思政队伍建设具有一定的借鉴作用。

Supervisors are an important component of university ideological and political work team.They are also the direct practitioners of cultivating students with relatively higher ideological and political consciousness.Upgrading the influence and execution force of supervisors’ work is a very important task of strengthening supervisor` team foundation.The ways of upgrading the influence and execution force of supervisors` work mentioned in the paper have certain reference function to the construction of contemporary ideological and political teaching team-building.
