A Game Analysis of Chinese Brain Drain’s Reasons

随着知识经济时代的到来,人才成为各国争夺的焦点。当前,中国人才流失严重,而造成人才流失的原因是多方面的,其中,国家政策投入不足是造成中国人才大量外流的一个重要方面。因此,运用博弈论原理,对中国人才外流的形成机理进行深层分析,并提出人才回流的对策,这对正走在向工业化、信息化和市场化、急需大批高素质人才的中国具有一定的指导作用。

With the advent of knowledge economy era,each country is focusing its effort on the competition for talents.At present,China has serious brain drain situation and there are many reasons for it.Among them,shortage of national policy input is an important reason for Chinese brain drain.Therefore,conducting a deep analysis of the formation mechanism of Chinese brain drain by using the principle of game theory and proposing some countermeasures of brain drain have important practical significance to China,which is becoming industrialized,information-based and market-oriented and hence in urgent need of large quantities of high-quality talents.
