On the Development Strategies of Jiangxi Green Logistics Based on SWOT Analysis

在中部崛起战略的实施中,江西物流产业发展将起着重要的作用。进入21世纪以来,环境问题越来越成为人类面对的一大重要问题,绿色物流成为未来物流发展的必然趋势。本文运用SWOT分析方法,从外部机会、外部威胁、内部优势和内部劣势四个角度分析了江西省企业实施绿色物流的条件,并在此基础上提出相应战略和建议。

During the implementation of the development strategy of central China,Jiangxi logistics industry will play a very important role.The environmental problems have become one of the most important problems with the coming of the 21st century,so green logistics is the inevitable trend of logistics development in the future.By using SWOT method,the paper analyses the conditions for Jiangxi enterprises to carry out green logistics from four angles such as external opportunities and threats,inner advantages and disadvantages,and then gives some strategies and suggestions based on the analysis.
