On the Rheology of the “Character” Category in Ancient Literary Theory

我国古代文论中"性格"范畴主要出现在明代以后,其流变经历了明清的李贽、金圣叹、毛宗岗、张竹坡等文论家,从开始出现到发展、成熟的过程凸显出中国古代文论的鲜明特征。

The character category in ancient Chinese literary mainly appeared after the Ming Dynasty.Its rheology went through such literary theory writers as Li Zhi,Jin Sheng-tan,Mao Zong-gang and Zhang Zu-po in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The emergence,development and maturity of the character category highlight the distinct features of ancient Chinese literary.
