公务员道德具有很强的示范性。加强公务员道德建设不仅有利于促进党的执政能力建设,还能推动责任政府建设和以德治国方略的实施。目前我国的公务员道德建设既取得了可喜的成绩,也存在着一些不足之处。加强公务员道德建设,制度建设是关键,其中特别应加强法制、监督机制、教育培训制度建设。

The morality of public servants is one that is demonstrative for the citizens.Strengthening the moral construction of public servants not only benefits the construction of the ruling Party’s administration ability,but also pushes forward the construction of a responsible government and the carry-out of running the country with morality.Now,the moral construction work of our public servants has made some achievements and there are still some drawbacks.In terms of strengthening the moral construction of public servants,system construction is key and principal.Especially the constructions of law system,supervision system,and training system should be attached importance.
