中俄能源合作的现实意义及特点分析

Analysis on Practical Significance and Characteristics of Sino-Russian Energy Cooperation

加强中俄之间的能源合作具有重要的现实意义:(1)促进两国经贸关系进一步向前发展,稳固两国政治合作。(2)俄可借助中国经济增长的势头恢复其政治经济声威;我国可实现能源进口来源多元化。(3)实现俄罗斯能源出口多元化战略,改善中国能源的进出口状况,同时也可削弱美国的能源霸主地位。在此基础上,两国之间的能源合作呈现出政治特色浓厚、实用主义及铁路运输为主等特点。

Vital practical significances to strengthen the China-Russian energy cooperation are:(1)To promote the bilateral economic and trade ties,make the political cooperation stable.(2)Russia can take advantage of China’s economic fast growing to resume its political and economic reputation;China may diversify the sources of energy imports.(3)Russia can realize energy export diversification strategy and China can improve its energy buying situation.Simultaneously it also may weaken US energy hegemonic position.On the foundation like this,the energy cooperation between Sino-Russia has the following characteristics:strong political characteristics,pragmatism and oriented features such as rail transportation and so on.
