摘要
针对保障装备标准化方面存在的不足,提出了相应的解决措施,同时对自动测试系统涉及的系统研制及软件开发、硬件接口、测试与诊断信息等国际标准进行了研究,为我国军用自动测试系统的标准化工作提供借鉴与参考。
The shortcoming of support equipment standardization was analyzed.The relevant measurement.Some researches on system and software development,hardware interfaces and information international standard were given.The references for military ATS(automatic test system) standardization were offered.
