摘要
文章阐述了航空工艺技术改造项目的内容和项目的特点,并根据投资项目后评价的理论体系,结合航空工艺技术改造项目的特点,分析了其后评价应考虑的因素、主要评价内容及评价方法。
The content and characteristics of aeronautical manufacturing technology reformation project were presented. The post-evaluation evaluation factor, content and method were analyzed with characteristics of aeronautical manufacturing technology reformation project, based on theory system of investment project post-evaluation.
