本文就GB/T8967-2007《谷氨酸钠(味精)》中旋光法测定谷氨酸钠含量,对测定结果的不确定度进行评定。
This article is based on the content of Sodium Glutamate measure by Glare law in 'GB/T8967-2007'Sodium Glutamate(MSG) and make Assessment in terms of the uncertainty of the test results.
