摘要
本文介绍了福建省纤维检验所的绩效考核制度,并通过对绩效考核与绩效管理内涵的比较,分析该所绩效考核制度存在的问题,在此基础上,根据该所实际提出构建以人为本的员工绩效管理体系的设想。
The performance evaluation system of Fujian fiber is introduced in this paper. By comparison of the meaning between the performance evaluation and performance management, the existing problems of the evaluation system are analyzed. On this basis, the construction of the people-oriented staff performance management system is proposed according to actual situation.
