摘要
战略转型是近年来理论界研究的一个重要领域,但还没有形成系统的研究成果。20世纪90年代出现的动态能力观为战略转型的研究提供了一个全新的视角。本文对基于理性视角、学习视角、认知视角的战略转型研究进行了回顾和总结,同时结合动态能力的研究指出未来战略转型理论发展的新方向。
Strategic transformation is an important theoretical research in recent years, But had not formed a system of research results so far.The dynamic capabilities which arose in the 1990s provide a new perspective for the shudy of strategic transformation.In this paper,the researches that based on the rational perspective,the learning perspective and the cognitive perspective are reviewed and summarized, then the new direction of strategic transformation development to be indicated,combaining with the study of dynamic capabilities.
