摘要
法治是政府组织和活动的基本原则。分清公共权力与个人权利的界线,正确处理与市场的关系,追逐公平正义的价值目标,是法治政府的基本要求;依法行政是建设法治政府的关键;建设法治政府应当更新观念,习惯于在有监督的条件下工作,致力于进行有质量的制度建设,实行"良法之治"。
Legal system is the basic principle of official organization and activity.The essential requirements of Legal Government is discerning the demarcation line between the public authority and the individual right,Correctly Handling the relations among markets in addition,hunting for the value goal of fairness and justice.Administration by law is the key to build Legal Government.We should updated the concept of building Legal Government,used to work under the conditions of supervision,committed to the construction of the system and implemented'the rule of good law'
