摘要
目前大学毕业生就业形势严峻,针对大学生的就业歧视也越来越严重,主要表现为性别歧视、体貌歧视、健康歧视、户籍歧视等方面,由此严重损害了大学毕业生的就业平等权。在分析大学生就业歧视现象的基础上,探究我国法律在对大学生就业平等权保护方面的不足之处,并就大学生就业平等权的法律保护提出了相关完善建议。
At present the employment of college graduates encounters a grim situation,and the employment discrimination against university students has also become more and more severe,especially from gender discrimination,physical appearance discrimination,health discrimination,and such discriminations in areas as household registration,which have seriously damaged equal employment rights of university graduates.This paper,based on the Graduate Employment discrimination,explores the legal protection of university students' equality in employment in our country,and proposes suggestions to protect university students' equality in employment.
